We proudly launched Cohort 1 of our skills training program! A successful orientation session kicked things off. Participants completed essential baseline surveys. This marks the start of a transformative learning journey. The training equips individuals with vital skills. These skills build sustainable livelihoods for fisherfolk communities.
The intensive training runs for four months. Sessions span February through May 2024. We deliver our specialized skills-based development curriculum. This curriculum directly empowers fisherfolk women and young people. We build strong team players. We cultivate confident decision-makers. We sharpen critical thinkers. We develop capable future employers. Our goal is clear. We foster creative, well-informed, and passionate Kenyan citizens. These citizens will drive positive change.
